David Macaulay

Based in Kansas City, Dave Macaulay is the award-winning author of The Ecological Engineer (Ecotone Publishing, 2005) and currently working on three new architectural titles.

Formerly editor of three construction industry trade publications, he has worked with a number of architectural and engineering firms and general contractors from coast to coast.
