5200 Dauphine continues to be framed. On rainy days, the construction crews retreat to the mill shop where they work with 100+ year old lumber on fabricating tongue & groove floor boards and assemble the wood windows for the building.

The wood is blue because it is coated with a borate product that is moisture, mold, and termite resistant similar to "treated" lumber without the high level of human toxicity. The construction crews joke about how they all feel like smurfs.
